Ms. Antima is a qualified Company Secretary and Commerce graduate having experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance advisory. She specializes in Company Law, FEMA, RBI and AML compliances, assisting businesses with structuring, risk mitigation, and adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks. Her approach is focused on delivering practical, litigation-free solutions while strengthening robust governance practices across diverse industries.
